College Info Geek is giving away an iPad and a Kindle Touch.
They devised this really great idea to get people more active in their personal brand (they have another very helpful article about that here). In order to gain entries for the iPad you have to have a personal website or blog and post about it. I thought this was an excellent motivator.

Self portrait for Painting class I dislike painting myself. The assignment was that we had to do a self portrait utilizing the style and color choices of another artist. The artist I chose was Catherine Kehoe. (Anyone who hasn’t should check her out, definitely one of my biggest inspirations.)

These are the coffee-themed shoes I made for Ellen.
There aren’t many detail shots of the one shoe, they were all blurry
because I have shaky hands and can’t take photos like a normal person.
